How to Put your iPhone in Night Mode

 

Recently we shared a video showing the effects of using your iPhone before you sleep.

 

We decided to put together a simple guide on how to invert your phone's colours at night so that it won't take your brain as long to shut down for sleep after using your iPhone. 

 

(Note: Inverted colours are also useful for people with vision impairment)

 

Step 1:

 

Head on over to your settings. 

 

 

Step 2: 

 

Click on General as shown below.

 

 

Step 3:

 

Click Accessibility as shown below.

 

 

 

Step 4:

 

Tap the circle next to 'Invert Colours' as shown below.
